Tender doesn't begin to describe it. Our Filet Mignon is cut from the small end of the tenderloin — the most prized, most delicate cut on the entire animal. Lean, buttery, and practically melt-in-your-mouth, this is the steak people order when they want something special.
Our cattle are grass fed and grain finished, raised with no hormones, antibiotics, steroids, or fillers — just clean, honest beef from start to finish. We dry age for 2–3 weeks to concentrate flavor, and every animal is processed at a USDA-inspected facility.
Our regenerative farming practices nurture both the animals and the land they graze on.
