With a creamy, fresh and pillowy texture, our chevre has converted many-a-skeptic over to goat cheese! Our curds are all hand-ladeled which results in the light consistency of our fresh cheeses. We make a plain chevre, as well as herb crusted and pepper crusted. They all pair well with a light white wine, or a lighter beer.

Blue Ledge Farm

Founded in 2000 by Greg and Hannah in the verdant hills of Vermont, Blue Ledge Farm represents the perfect harmony of artisanal craftsmanship and sustainable farming. What began with just four goats has flourished into a thriving operation with 125 Alpine and LaMancha dairy goats producing eleven distinct cheese varieties.

The farm's 150 conserved acres provide an idyllic setting where goats browse woodland areas and graze in open pastures. This commitment to animal welfare is reflected in their Animal Welfare Approved certification, ensuring the highest standards of humane treatment.

Blue Ledge's environmentally conscious practices include solar power, biomass heating, and an innovative underground aging facility that naturally maintains ideal conditions for their cheeses while reducing energy consumption.
