Our bottom round roast delivers excellent beef flavor with an economical price point. This lean yet flavorful cut makes exceptional pot roast when braised low and slow with aromatics until fork-tender. Alternatively, roast to medium-rare for roast beef, resting thoroughly before slicing very thinly against the grain to maximize tenderness. Also called a rump roast.
