Boston Butt Roast
Boston Butt Roast
Avg 3.5-4.5lbs
Our Boston butt roast, despite its name, comes from the upper shoulder of the pig and is one of the most flavorful cuts available. This well-marbled roast is perfect for low and slow cooking methods that break down the connective tissue, resulting in incredibly tender, juicy meat. The generous marbling throughout ensures the roast stays moist during long cooking times while developing deep, rich flavors.
Our pork comes from animals raised with care, producing meat that is consistently tender and full of natural flavor. The pigs are raised without antibiotics or hormones and are fed a wholesome, balanced diet free of any meat by-products.
Cooking Tips:
• Ideal for slow cooking, braising, or smoking at low temperatures.
