Cured slowly and naturally. We combine fresh ground pork and spices in all-natural casings and hand-tie each link. Our salami ages for 3 weeks to develop superb taste and texture.

This mold is similar to those in cheese as they are crucial for developing superior flavor.
Easily peel before eating by slicing the ends of the salami off and scoring the casing lengthwise. From here you can peel it off with ease.
