Sirloin Steak
Sirloin Steak
Small 0.7–1 lb | Medium 1–1.3 lbs | Large 1.3–1.55 lbs
Big beef flavor without the big price tag. Our Sirloin Steak is lean, hearty, and full of classic steakhouse taste. It's an easy weeknight steak that's good enough for the weekend.
What Is a Sirloin Steak? The sirloin is cut from just behind the short loin. It's leaner than a ribeye or strip but still tender, with a rich, beefy bite. It takes well to a marinade, a dry rub, or just salt and pepper.
How to Prepare Thaw in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking. Bring to room temperature 45 minutes before it hits the heat. Season with salt and pepper or your favorite rub. Sear in a ripping hot cast iron with butter and garlic, or throw it on a hot grill. Cook to 130–135°F for medium-rare, rest 5 minutes, and slice against the grain.
Our cattle are born and raised on the farm, where they freely graze on lush pastures and are nourished with crops grown right on the land. We finish with 30 days of non-GMO corn for flavor and tenderness, then dry age for 2–3 weeks to concentrate flavor and develop the depth you can taste in every bite.
Our regenerative farming practices nurture both animals and land, and processing takes place at a USDA-inspected facility just 30 minutes from our farm.
