Thanksgiving High Lawn Queen

Cow's milk | 7 oz round. When young, the interior of this cheese has the texture of soft butter and a sharp tang. The rind has yeasty, fresh dough notes. As this bloomy cheese ages, the interior texture matures into creamy, melted cheese and the rind takes on a hint of mushroom. From High Lawn Farm in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts.

2. Choose a pickup location and pay in full online.
3. Pick up at the same location as your turkey so everything is ready in one stop. You do not need a turkey to order this.
