Thanksgiving Siegfried's Pride

Aged 8-12 months | Cow milk | 1/2 lb wedge. 2024 American Cheese Society second place winner. An aged washed-rind cheese made with cow's milk, rubbed with an herb-infused brandy that gives it a complex floral aroma. Firm yet pliable and creamy, with flavors of butterscotch and toasted almonds. Sweet and subtle, not sharp or acidic, with lingering brown-butter notes. 2. Order by Saturday, November 14th.
3. Pick up at the same location as your turkey so everything is ready in one stop. You do not need a turkey to order this.
